PowerPoint to PDF

Convert a PowerPoint presentation (.pptx) to PDF. Slides, text, and images are preserved as rendered by LibreOffice Impress. Processed on a secure server, never stored permanently.

Frequently asked questions

Does my file get uploaded?
Yes. Converting a PowerPoint file to PDF requires LibreOffice Impress running on our secure server. Your file is sent over an encrypted connection, converted, and deleted within 60 minutes.
Are animations and transitions preserved?
No. PDF is a static format and does not support animations or transitions. Each slide becomes a static page in the PDF showing its final (post-animation) state.
Are embedded videos included?
No. Embedded video is not part of the PDF format. Slides containing video will show a static placeholder or the first frame.
Can I convert .ppt files?
This tool is designed for .pptx (PowerPoint 2007 and later). If you have a .ppt file, open it in PowerPoint or Google Slides and save it as .pptx first.
