Word to PDF

Convert a Word document (.docx) to PDF. Fonts, tables, and layout are preserved as rendered by LibreOffice. The file is processed on a secure server and never stored permanently.

Frequently asked questions

Does my document get uploaded?
Yes. Converting a Word document to PDF requires a real layout engine — LibreOffice — which runs on our secure server. Your file is sent over an encrypted connection, converted, and deleted within 60 minutes. It is never stored permanently.
Will my fonts and formatting be preserved?
Fonts, tables, images, and page breaks are preserved as rendered by LibreOffice. For most standard Word documents the output is an accurate representation. Complex layouts — tracked changes, embedded Excel objects, or advanced SmartArt — may differ from what Microsoft Word produces, because LibreOffice is a separate rendering engine.
Can I convert older .doc files?
This tool is designed for .docx (Word 2007 and later). If you have a .doc file, open it in Word or Google Docs and save it as .docx first.
How long does conversion take?
Most documents convert in under 10 seconds. Larger documents with many images may take up to 30 seconds.
